Qualifications

• 5+ years in Antitrust, Multistate, or Privacy field.
• Knowledge of state and federal court practice.
• Courtroom and trial experience.
• Resolving claims by settlement.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation and prosecutions in the Antitrust, Multistate, and Privacy Unit.
• Enforce state and federal laws on competition, consumer protection, and data security.
• Collaborate with other state attorneys general and federal enforcement partners.
• Occasional daytime or overnight travel within Missouri.
