Qualifications

• Experience drafting legal memoranda, rulemaking documents, or regulatory materials.

• Prepare clear, concise, legally supported memoranda and analyses.
• Research statutes, regulations, and regulatory policy to address issues.
• Review comments, petitions, and filings to identify legal issues and policy implications.
• Communicate regulatory information effectively with stakeholders.
