United States Attorneys' Offices seeks a Senior Attorney Advisor within the Legal Programs Office of EOUSA to provide expert support, advice and policy guidance on civil litigation for the United States.
The role includes coordinating communications among USAOs, client agencies and other federal entities; developing policy and guidelines; evaluating programs; and overseeing training initiatives to enhance the justice system’s effectiveness.
This position serves as a Senior Attorney Advisor in the Legal Programs Office of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The incumbent provides expert support, assistance, advice, and policy guidance regarding legal process and procedures for the United States Attorneys as it relates to all aspects of civil litigation (defensive and/or affirmative), which includes bringing claims on behalf of, and/or defending the interests of, the United States.
