As a Civil Rights Attorney, you will play a key role in enforcing the Iowa Civil Rights Act. Your legal expertise will be utilized to evaluate discrimination complaints, analyze facts, and apply legal standards to recommend further actions. The position involves extensive legal writing and collaboration with legal professionals within the agency.
All work is performed under supervision. Travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

After a six-month probation, a hybrid work schedule (two days in-office, three days remote) is available.
