Job description

Well established litigation practice seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience with an interest in personal injury.

This position is ideal for an attorney that has some experience in a second chair role and is ready to stretch their wings and take control of their practice!

In our firm, the litigation attorney reviews cases in the pre-suit phase, meets with the client, and decides whether to offer litigation. This decision is entirely in the hands of the litigation attorney and no case is forced into litigation unless the litigator (and client) feels strongly it is the right option. Once the decision to litigate is made, the litigator handles the file from that point through settlement or verdict.

We offer a casual and comfortable atmosphere with open door policies. We hold regular roundtables to discuss issues that arise in the case and while the cases are handled by the litigator, nobody in this office practices law alone.

Job Details

• Seeking a licensed attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience.
• This candidate should have an interest in personal injury or workers' compensation but experience is not required, as the partners have a combined 67 years of knowledge and will happily mentor someone on the intricacies of personal injury.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
