Candidates should have strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills, with a JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York. Excellent client relations are essential.

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Attorneys to join our growing Family and Matrimonial, Labor & Employment, Trust & Estates, and Civil Litigation practice groups in our Albany, New York team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, attorneys will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients across a variety of matters, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and client service. You will:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care
• Develop case strategies and manage cases

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary
• 100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees
