Job summary

Lerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys seeks an experienced pre-litigation attorney to join our team. Manage multiple cases in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort with a focus on client service from intake through early litigation.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, Arizona bar license (multistate practice a plus), strong research and communication skills, and leadership ability. Bilingual skills are a plus; we value training and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate required.
• Arizona license to practice law; ability to practice in additional states is a plus.
• Active member in good standing with State Bar.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Willing to learn quickly and adapt to cases in personal injury, wrongful death or mass tort.

Responsibilities

• Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics.
• Establish professional rapport with all clients.
• Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and related questions.
• Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients.
• Create a case strategy based on prior cases and knowledge.
• Advise clients throughout the legal process, from intake through litigation.
• Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner.

We're looking for an experienced pre-litigation attorney to join our team of accomplished lawyers. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases. They will be excellent communicators who can provide personalized attention, so each client feels valued. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
