Job summary

Malki Law Offices in Florida seeks an experienced Attorney to provide legal counsel, perform research, draft filings, and represent clients at mediations, depositions, hearings and trials. Experience with Personal Injury cases is a strong plus.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, manage case files from intake to resolution, and contribute to a firm focused on client advocacy and meticulous preparation. A JD and active Florida Bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and bar exam.
• Active member of the Florida Bar Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer savviness.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and perform comprehensive legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Job Summary
