Job Description
We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Attend and manage court appearances and client meetings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff
- Maintain accurate case files and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with [Clio/MyCase/LexisNexis/etc.] is a plus
