Job summary

Job description

The United States Marine Corps is seeking Judge Advocates (JAG) to serve as both attorneys and Marine Officers. This is an opportunity to practice law while leading Marines, advising commanders, and gaining world-class leadership experience in challenging environments.

As a Marine Judge Advocate, you will provide legal counsel and expertise across a wide range of areas, including military justice, administrative law, operational law, international law, and family law.

  • Advise commanders on operational, administrative, and international law matters
  • Provide legal assistance to Marines, Sailors, and their families

  • Lead and develop Marines while being responsible for their welfare, training, and professional development
