Job description

What We’re Looking For

We are a plaintiff‑side law firm expanding into Washington and seeking a fearless, driven, and detail‑oriented Attorney with a commitment to excellence and getting results to join our team of advocates. The ideal candidate will have at least four to nine years of experience, know how to balance compassion and diligence, thrive in both collaborative and independent efforts, possess confidence and has an entrepreneurial spirit. This position involves representing employees in legal claims related to Washington wage and hour laws. This position will play a major role in the litigation of employment‑related claims before federal and state courts and arbitrators.

Our Mission

Justice Law Corporation comes from humble yet noble beginnings. Founded by Douglas Han in 2013, after being inspired by the plight of aggrieved oil workers in Central California, Justice Law Corporation has grown from being the ambitious dream of one man into a resilient force to be reckoned with. Since the inception of the firm, through the combined efforts of first‑rate attorneys and determined legal support staff, we’ve achieved millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of employees against dozens of large companies throughout the states of California and Washington.

We see it as our privilege to advocate for hard‑working men and women by providing them with a skilled and resourceful team to amplify their voices. Wage theft, which has been called "the crime no one talks about," is one of the many unfortunate realities that beleaguer the average American worker today. So, we pride ourselves in the fact that we champion workers’ rights in a time where they are often taken advantage of. Our work has statewide reach and is effecting change in every industry to protect both the rights of workers today and for future generations. We are expanding this mission to Washington.

Company Culture

We offer a generous comprehensive benefit package and competitive compensation. At our firm, attorneys have an ample opportunity to learn, excel, and further their career. We strive to cultivate a culture of well‑rounded success and foster an environment where each team member not only excels at their tasks, but consistently advances to new heights as they grow with the firm. You will be welcomed into a dynamic workplace where your skills and creativity will be put to the test in a supportive and amicable atmosphere of committed professionals. We seek to establish a relationship of trust and motivation where team members have all the resources to put their best foot forward in all that they do.

We understand that in today’s world, both the workplace and the country at large is rapidly changing as a result of everything from technological advances to cultural shifts. To ensure that we are one with the times, we are committed to creating a workplace that goes beyond the traditional stereotype of what a law firm is. If you’re interested in being a part of a dynamic, committed, and diligent team of advocates we encourage you to apply.

The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000 (DOE) annually. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors including but not limited to training, skill sets, education, licensure and certifications, practice area, market data, internal equity and experience. In addition to providing competitive compensation, Justice Law Corporation offers a range of benefits based on experience and performance that are favorably comparable to market standards in the Western region.
