• Experience in Estate/Trust, Corporate/Transactional and Tax law is beneficial, but not required.
• Willingness to be part of a small firm.
• Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating

Responsibilities

• Work in estates and trust law, general business and mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and pose challenging questions to provide sophisticated legal solutions.
• Prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, entity formation documents and many transactional papers.
• Independently manage legal projects for clients.
• Serve as ongoing point of contact for clients with a personalized approach.
• Collaborate with support staff and an AV Preeminent rated attorney for estate planning.
• Uphold the firm’s commitment to high quality legal services for high quality clients.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in growing the firm, working with clients, managing projects and other legal tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney who is Board Certified in Estates and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona.
