Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in New York, NY. This full-time role involves managing PI files from inception through resolution, handling discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation, while collaborating with partners and senior attorneys.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in plaintiff PI, experience across auto, premises liability, construction/labor, or workplace injuries, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Experience in personal injury litigation, preferably involving construction/labor law, auto, premises liability, or workplace injuries.
• Trial experience or meaningful exposure to trial preparation is strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in developing as a litigator.
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work closely with partners and learn from experienced trial attorneys.

Pay Range: $110K - $180k per annum
