Job summary

Clevanoo LLC seeks an attorney with strong collaboration and communication skills to handle legal research and litigation tasks. The role includes drafting lawsuits, motions, and briefs; preparing discovery responses; meeting with clients; and taking or defending depositions.

You will argue motions and try cases as allowed by experience, while balancing three in-office days with remote work. The position is full-time with negotiable benefits; Maryland/DC bar eligibility is required or

Job description

Depending upon experience, the work will include: conducting legal research; drafting lawsuits, discovery responses, motions, oppositions, memoranda, and briefs; meeting with clients; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and trying cases (the size of the cases will depend on experience).

The office is located 5 minutes from the New Carrollton Metro Station and from where the DC Beltway meets 50.

This is a full-time position with negotiable benefits.
