Avalon in Los Angeles is seeking a General Liability Litigation Attorney for a plaintiff-side practice. You’ll work on real case work from start to finish, from pre-litigation through trial, with dedicated paralegal and dedicated legal assistant support and no pool sharing.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school and 5+ years of PI/GL experience, can handle a high-volume docket, and writes clearly and persuasively.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of personal injury / general liability experience.
• Comfortable carrying a high-volume pre-lit and litigation docket.
• Strong writer, strong on your feet, and self-directed.

Responsabilidades

• Real case work, start to finish.
• Pre-lit through litigation, trial prep, and trial.
• Slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite and animal attack, and other GL matters throughout LA.

I'm working for an excellent plaintiff's personal injury firm on a General Liability litigation opening in their growing Los Angeles office. The client is confidential — I'm happy to disclose on a call.

Compensation: $100,000 base salary, plus guaranteed commission and uncapped ongoing commission/bonuses.
