Job summary

TEEMA in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate to Senior Associate or Partner level Class Action Attorney. The role centers on consumer law with cases typically settled prior to trial, offering significant bonus opportunities on settled cases and year-end discretionary bonuses.

Compensation ranges from $130k to $250k+ depending on level and experience; an on-site workplace with a casual environment, generous PTO and holidays are described. A Zoom interview process is used for final offers.

• Open to train on consumer law (candidates from employment law with class action experience considered).
• Onsite position in W LA.

Job Opportunity for Class Action Attorney with Boutique Consumer Law Firm. (Please note the firm does NOT practice lemon law.)

About:

This position is open to candidates at the Associate, Sr. Associate and Partner Level.

This position is well suited for someone uninterested in joining a trial firm; cases are settled prior to trial.

Compensation:

Associate: 1-5 years of experience: $130k - $200k

Sr. Associate: 5-7 years of experience: $200k - $250k

Partner: 7-10 years of experience: $250k+

Significant bonus opportunities (% on settled cases, Y/E discretionary, origination)

Job responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research (heavy emphasis)
• Drafting discovery and motions (heavy emphasis)
• Court appearances and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• (For Sr. Associate level candidates there is path to partnership potential as desired)
• (For Partner level candidates, you will assist in training and mentoring associates)

Requirements:

• Prior class action experience req’d; open to train on consumer law. (I.e candidates coming from employment law with class action experience will be strongly considered and are encouraged to apply)
• This is an onsite position in W LA
