Lemon Law Experts, PC is seeking an Associate Attorney in San Francisco to litigate lemon law claims against major manufacturers. The role emphasizes plaintiff-side work, with opportunities to handle discovery, depositions, and potential trials.

Ideal candidates will bring excellent research, writing, and analytical skills and be able to work independently. Active CA State Bar membership in good standing is required, with a focus on aggressive caseload management and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active CA State Bar membership in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions and pleadings for lemon law claims.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and handle depositions.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and discovery-related tasks.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
• Take and defend depositions and respond to discovery requests.
• Assess case value and develop litigation strategy.
• Prepare clients for trial and trial preparation as needed.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our rapidly growing and innovative law firm. You will primarily be dealing with the major car manufacturers, where you will be litigating lemon law claims. Previous experience as a plaintiff's attorney, ideally in lemon law, product liability or consumer law is a big plus.

Ideal candidates will have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Candidate should have strong advocacy skills and a competitive spirit. Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required.

The job entails discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearances, vehicle inspections, creative litigation approaches and potentially trials & trial preparation.
