Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, including pleadings, investigations, depositions, court appearances, trials and appeals.
• Draft and file pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, appear in hearings and trials, and manage appellate matters.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and co-counsel to advance caseloads.
