Job Summary

The Associate Attorney provides essential support to the firm’s legal team by advising on tax‑related matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client representation in tax disputes and compliance matters. This role is ideal for a licensed attorney with at least one year of tax experience or a strong tax background, who possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. The Associate Attorney plays a key role in delivering high‑quality legal services, ensuring efficient case management, and contributing to successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax‑related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in tax disputes, audits, or proceedings as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD).

Physical Requirements
