Key Responsibilities
- Serve as 1st Chair in personal injury trials, managing all aspects of litigation.
- Develop case strategy, conduct depositions, and prepare witnesses for trial.
- Draft and argue motions, including pre-trial and post-trial motions.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Illinois Bar license.
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and personal injury law.
- Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
