• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and the overall value of claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, settlement offers, and case status.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, including document requests, interrogatories, depositions, and related case preparation.
• Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial.
• Represent clients in court and participate in hearings and other litigation proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Analyze settlement offers and provide clients with informed recommendations regarding resolution.
