The Medical Malpractice Attorney role defends hospitals and physicians in complex claims, conducts strategic legal research, drafts pleadings and discovery, and helps develop client relationships to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Defend hospitals, physicians and healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims.
• Perform strategic legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail.
• Contribute to client development and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle Medical Malpractice Claims: Defend leading hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims, gaining hands-on experience with high-stakes cases and sophisticated legal strategies.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
