Qualifications

  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Banking or financial services contract experience; experience supporting large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of technology, professional services, procurement, and operational agreements.
  • Experience with contract remediation, amendment reviews, and lifecycle management.
  • Background supporting corporate legal departments and procurement organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills for high-volume workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across legal, procurement, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to tackle contract backlogs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable timely contract execution.
  • Provide clear legal guidance while balancing business objectives.
  • Maintain accuracy while managing multiple agreements concurrently.

Contract Attorney | Fortune 500 Healthcare & Enterprise Services Organization

We’re looking for experienced Contract Attorneys to support a leading Fortune 500 healthcare organization’s Enterprise Procurement team. This role is ideal for legal professionals with strong commercial contracting experience who can immediately contribute by reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and remediating complex corporate agreements in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and remediate a high volume of corporate and commercial agreements
  • Support contract lifecycle management activities, including amendments, renewals, and contract maintenance
  • Partner closely with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to address contract backlogs and business priorities
  • Analyze technology, professional services, operational, and vendor agreements for legal and business risks
  • Ensure contracts align with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and procurement policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely contract execution and issue resolution
  • Provide clear legal guidance and recommendations while balancing business objectives
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple agreements simultaneously
What You Bring:
