Job summary

Teksky LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will lead field personnel, coordinate daily jobsite operations, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.

You will work closely with Area Superintendents, Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3–5+ years of new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work remains on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and clearly communicate project expectations.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and office staff to support project success.
• Train, mentor, and develop field employees.
