Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney for a well-established Florida law firm. The position allows work in Clearwater or Venice, FL, handling estate planning and probate matters in a client-focused, collaborative setting.

The attorney will advise on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, overseeing probate from start to finish while maintaining client relationships and meeting deadlines. In-office work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Estate Planning & Probate experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Manage probate and estate administration from inception to completion.
• Draft and review estate planning documents and provide asset protection guidance.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and court personnel; maintain case records.

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing team in either Clearwater or Venice, Florida. Job and Responsibilities

The Estate Planning & Probate Attorney will advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents. The role involves managing probate and estate administration cases from inception through completion, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, and providing guidance on asset protection and estate planning strategies. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and court personnel, maintaining accurate case records, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring matters progress efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Compensation & Location

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
