Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Attorney role located in Cherry Hill, NJ, with signifucant flexibility for partial remote work.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense/General Liability Attorney licensed in New Jersey to handle a range of matters including motor-vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury defense. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, be able to manage their own caseload, and work both independently and as part of a team.

The Attorney will be responsible for managing legal cases, providing expert legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings. The role also involves regular communication with clients to relay updates and strategic counsel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general liability defense experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Strong skills in Research and interpretation of legal documents
• Proven track record in Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
