Associate Attorney – Land Use & Environmental

3-5 Years Experience

Los Angeles, Oakland or San Diego

$195,000 – $245,000 (depending on experience and office location)

I'm currently working with a well-established California law firm on a fantastic associate-level search across three of their offices - Los Angeles, Oakland and San Diego.

This is a very highly regarded firm that handles high-profile, high-stakes matters for both public and private sector clients. They're a true "go to" for sophisticated land use and environmental work throughout the state, and this team in particular is working on some genuinely exciting large-scale development projects.

They're looking for an associate with 3-5 years of land use and environmental experience to join their growing group. Day-to-day, you'll be advising clients on complex entitlements, regulatory permitting, and environmental review processes - the kind of work that actually shapes California's communities and infrastructure.

CEQA experience is a must. Land use litigation experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in land use and/or environmental law
• Strong working knowledge of CEQA, planning and zoning laws and California land use processes
