We’re seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a well-respected law firm in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid opportunity best suited for an attorney with a background in medical malpractice, medical negligence, or professional liability matters.

• Handle medical malpractice cases involving medical negligence, professional liability, and personal injury claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Review medical records, evaluate claims, and work with medical experts to assess liability and damages.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$175,000 base. Factors that may affect pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
