Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare attic spaces for insulation installation by clearing debris, sealing air leaks, and ensuring proper ventilation.
• Apply insulation materials using blowing, spraying, or laying batts to achieve desired R-value.
• Seal gaps, cracks, and penetrations to prevent air leakage and enhance insulation effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights and handling insulation materials, including PPE use.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Interact with customers professionally, answering questions and recommending energy-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and issues encountered.
• Clean and maintain insulation equipment, tools, and vehicles.
