Job summary

Attic Projects LLC is seeking an Insulation Installer in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role involves installing insulation, rodent proofing, sanitation, mold remediation, and assisting with drywall work.

You will start early (6am, seasonal adjustments), load materials, and coordinate with the operation manager to complete one site per day. We offer comprehensive training, 2 weeks of onboarding, and competitive hourly pay ($24–$29) with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (>75 lbs) and crawl in tight spaces.
  • Able to access through a 22"x30" opening.
  • Able to climb ladders or attic stairs safely.
  • Proficient with staple guns, hammers, and utility knives; comfortable on scaffolding or ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Install insulation and perform rodent proofing and sanitation.
  • Assist with mold remediation and sheetrock/drywall work as needed.
  • Load trucks and prepare materials per operations manager instructions.
  • Review daily jobs with crew leads and complete assigned site work (usually 1 site per day).
  • Return to office to unload and clean up after each job.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Attic and Crawl Space Technician, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any other tasks or work that is needed within the project to ensure its successful completion.

You will do…
  • Start the day at 6am (time varies in seasons, from Oct. to May it could be 6:45am)
  • Load trucks and prepare materials based on instructions from the operation manager
  • Review jobs for the day with crew leads
  • Perform the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7-10 work hours)
  • Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucks
Qualifications

You will be successful if you…

  • Are 21 years +
  • Exhibits regular attendance and punctuality
  • Have the ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spaces
  • Have the ability to access through a 22"x30" opening
  • Are able to safely climb and descend of ladders or attic stairs
  • Are proficient in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
  • Are able to properly use the personal protective gears on-site
You'll be outstanding if you…
  • Have previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
  • Possesses communication and customer service skills to interact with customers
  • Have leadership experience (supervised 2-3 crew team members onsite)
  • Owns a valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years
