This role focuses on increasing Thryv’s penetration within existing clients, growing client engagement, and expanding our SaaS customer base through new sales. The role involves remote client interactions, with in-person meetings as needed.

  • Contact existing clients to explore opportunities for additional sales or usage extensions.
  • Identify and pursue new SaaS clients via prospecting and company initiatives.
  • Follow operational processes with excellence, including client engagement cadences, certifications, and order entry.
  • Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of software sales experience
  • Industry knowledge and ability to learn Thryv’s product suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and conduct remote sales presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner of new systems
