Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives under the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high-quality, team-based care across assigned facilities.

The role may include Medical Directorship responsibilities, providing clinical leadership and oversight within one or more facilities, with a focus on professional excellence and client relations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification is a plus and required within 2 years for Medical Directorship.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead population health initiatives within Eventus WholeHealth’s OCH model.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility leadership to ensure high-quality, team-based care.
• Provide clinical leadership and possible Medical Directorship oversight in one or more facilities.
