Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. As the primary care provider, you will ensure residents’ overall health and well‑being, working collaboratively with a dedicated full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary care provider for residents in skilled nursing facilities, taking responsibility for their medical management.
  • Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions.
  • Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Board‑certified physician with experience in primary care and long‑term care (LTC).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs.
  • Competitive compensation: $250,000 – $300,000.
