Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing facilities. You will be the primary care provider, with a dedicated NP/PA support, ensuring high-quality, comprehensive patient care.

You will guide treatment plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers meaningful impact in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs delivering care.
• Must lift 20 pounds and stand/walk 6-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, taking responsibility for their medical management
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to take on the responsibility of overseeing and managing the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. In this role, you will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being. You will have a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you in this role, working collaboratively with you to provide excellent patient care.

• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
