Position Summary:

The Attendant, Wardrobe provides professional service to Studio City employees, ensuring the efficient operation of daily filing, issuing, maintaining, and fitting of uniforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of service excellence for uniform allocation to Studio City employees.
• Attend the Wardrobe service desk to ensure fast and efficient service at all times.
• File, sort, label, and maintain uniforms accurately.
• Maintain a professional relationship within the Wardrobe Department and with all employees.
• Enhance the Wardrobe Department's image and effectiveness as a communication medium.
• Address staff complaints related to Wardrobe operations and report them appropriately.
• Keep up-to-date records of uniform issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the department.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Check accessories and damaged garments, replacing or repairing as needed.
• Manage uniform stock and ensure proper organization.
• Follow up on communication and maintain service counters.
• Assume departmental responsibilities in the absence of the Wardrobe Team Leader.
• Adhere to company policies and report safety issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
