Job summary

Bally's Atlantic City is hiring for a role on the casino floor, supporting slot players and operating machine areas. You will assist with machine operation, provide guidance, and ensure safety and proper cash handling.

The position requires knowledge of various slot machines, strong English communication, and the ability to resolve routine guest concerns while following company policies. Training in AML and compliance is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe slot players and assist with machine operation.
• Troubleshoot simple machine issues as needed.
• Maintain security of equipment and keys.
• Report safety issues on the casino floor or in the building.
• Process jackpot and paper fill transactions accurately.
• Relay information about events to slot players.
• Exchange currency for patrons when required.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Handle guest complaints and machine malfunctions.
• Escalate to supervisory personnel when needed.
• Comply with company and departmental directives and procedures.
• Complete AML/Title 31 compliance training when required.

• Observes slot players within assigned area and offers assistance, instruction and advice on the various types of machines in that area.
• Must be knowledgeable of the diverse types of slot machines and must be able to correct simple machine problems.
• Control and safety of issued equipment (Slot Machine Keys, Radio, Android devices)
• Report any knowledge of safety issue on the casino floor or in the building
• Handles jackpot and paper fill transactions promptly, accurately and with a high degree of customer service.
• Must be well versed on various property events and relay same to slot players in assigned area.
• Exchanges currency for patrons using an impressed fund
• Ability to speak English so that it can be understood.
• Must be able to read and legibly write English.
• Capable of handling routine guest complaints, incidents, and machine malfunctions.
• Capable of identifying situations that require supervisory personnel.
• Understand and comply with company and departmental directives, policies, and procedures.
• Completes CTR and SARC and W2-G forms when necessary for slot jackpots.
• Must successfully complete annual compliance training (AML, Title 31 or any essential training required)
• Maintains a clean and sanitize work environment with regards to personal safety standards when working or using equipment
• Other duties as assigned.
• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $15.92 hourly
