Job description

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always 'fresh and welcoming' for our guests after a busy day at work. You will create a haven for guests to relax or get some last-minute work done.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and make each room special and memorable for guests.
• Assist guests with their needs, such as providing toiletries or directions.
• Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when necessary.
• Manage supplies and amenities efficiently, minimizing waste.
• Reunite lost items with owners and log any lost and found property.
• Wear your uniform neatly and proudly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required, including deep cleaning and turndown services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality and service.

Key Skills & Experiences

• This is a physical role; fitness is important as you'll be on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
