Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is hiring a minibar Attendant responsible for keeping all mini bars stocked and clean. You will rotate products daily, maintain knowledge of menu items, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced resort setting.

Role requires at least a high school diploma, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and operating cards (Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler) as required. Excellent communication and professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, a Food Handler's card (Health) card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
• Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards.
• Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with hotel guests in a congenial and polite manner.
• Must be able to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
