Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Attendant – Prestige F&B delivers warm, attentive service in the Concierge Lounge. You greet guests, support breakfast, tea, and cocktail service, and keep the lounge welcoming and organized throughout shifts.

Requirements include 21+ age, US work eligibility, a high school diploma, and prior customer service in food and beverage. Fluency in English and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card, Health Card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Must have prior customer service experience with food and beverage knowledge.
• Outgoing personality and enjoys servicing guests. Bi-lingual a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
