The primary responsibility of the Attendant – Prestige F & B is to provide service and assistance to guests in the Concierge Lounge, ensuring all guest needs are handled promptly in a warm and friendly manner. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Greet and welcome guests to the Concierge Lounge.
  • Set up and clear presentations: Continental Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktail service.
  • Serve guests and clear tables.
  • Keep Venezia Concierge Lounge clean and organized at all times, complying with hygiene regulations.
  • Store food and beverages under proper conditions, e.g., temperature.
  • Ensure safety is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain consistent and regular attendance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Company Standards of Conduct

All The Venetian Resort Team Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, observing the company’s standards, work requirements, and rules of conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card, Health Card, and any other required certifications or licenses.
  • Prior customer service experience with food and beverage knowledge.
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment in servicing guests. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

  • Lift or carry 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas, with or without accommodation.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts.
  • Prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
