Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Deli, utensils, cooking devices, and counter areas.
• Operate a cash register or POS system, handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Follow the company's cash handling procedures.
• Stock condiments and supplies for guests and the deli area.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Select and package products ordered by guests.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise, verifying deliveries, and checking product quality.
• Report low inventory or spoilage issues to the manager.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate deli equipment including cash registers, slicers, ovens, fryers, microwaves, and coffee machines.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Follow the Company Service Standards.
• Be available to work scheduled hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Six months of food preparation experience preferred. Must be 18 or older. Knowledge of cash register or POS system required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
