The Role:

Responsible for processing guest orders, bagging orders, wrapping sandwiches, and preparing food and beverages. Focus on your goals and responsibilities, while striving for improvement to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately handle cash, credit, and comp transactions.
• Assist with dressing sandwiches.
• Maintain a clean work area, supplies, and perform other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain all established service standards.
• Keep all front and back of house areas clean.
• Adhere to department and hotel policies and cashiering procedures.
• Relay guest compliments and complaints to the Manager.
• Make coffee and specialty drinks.
• Bake donuts.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and pertinent outlet information.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and sanitation per health codes.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, beverage units, display cabinets, floors, and tables.
• Collect and wash soiled pots, pans, and utensils.
• Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse.
• Follow sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
