Job summary

We are hiring a front-line attendant to guide customers to parking spots, count vehicles, and enforce policies with professionalism. The role requires punctuality, a valid U.S. license, and flexibility for shift work, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • A valid state driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Ability to read, write, add and subtract US currency and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work special shifts including nights/weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
  • Count vehicles on site during shifts as needed.
  • Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy breaches and patrol levels.
  • Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
  • Ensure punctuality, wear the uniform, and maintain site safety.
  • Control traffic at entrances/exits and assist with maintenance tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Deliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively.
  • Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.
  • Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
  • Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed.
  • Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
  • Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
  • Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience.
  • Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications

What you need

  • A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co‑workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
