Atrium Hospitality in Kansas City is seeking an F&B Attendant to maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas, assist with dishwashing, and support event teams as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn and grow within Atrium’s hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
