Job Summary:

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for building relationships, enhancing member experience, and enriching lives by providing STAR Service to members and guests. Ensuring the complete satisfaction of members and guests while playing on the golf course or other designated areas.

Day-to-Day:

1. Greet members promptly by name and introduce yourself to guests, maintaining a polite and friendly manner. Follow golf etiquette when approaching a golf group.
2. Provide timely coverage of assigned golf course(s), anticipate visits to each group every 4-5 holes, and communicate effectively with other attendants and management.
3. Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and reconcile the daily bank at the end of each shift. Process all business for the day and deposit in the designated area.
4. Secure all products on the beverage cart, including cash bank, keys, and other property, safely and responsibly.
5. Clean and sanitize the beverage cart, removing all food, ice, and trash at the end of each shift to meet health code standards.

About You:

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Alcohol and food safety certification.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech. Ability to follow instructions well.
• Comfortable working mostly outdoors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
