A leading botanical garden seeks an Attendant to greet and serve visitors, providing them with an enjoyable experience. The role involves selling tickets and guiding guests while maintaining knowledge of ongoing events in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
The Attendant greets and serves visitors to provide the best possible visitor experience. Attendants sell admissions, parking tickets, encourage and sell memberships, and guide visitors to locations of interest through the Garden in a friendly and professional manner.
Additionally, this position supports, through actions and conduct, NYBG’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility initiatives and helps to build and maintain an inclusive organization culture throughout the institution.
