Job summary

Columbus Regional Health is seeking a Hospital Attendant to clean and disinfect our facility, patient rooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and a base hourly rate of $16.73 plus applicable shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, standing and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Previous experience in housekeeping in a medical environment is preferred.

What you need to know about this position:

• Our Attendants clean and disinfect our facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.


• Attendants are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, offices, surgery suites, outpatient services as well as common areas throughout the hospital.


• The base hourly rate for this position is $16.73. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience and does include shift differentials and premium pay as applicable. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.


• This full-time position will require you to work 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
