Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking an Attendant to provide in-home care to IHSS clients under supervision of licensed professionals. You will follow the plan of care, complete notes, and communicate changes in client conditions to your supervisor.

The role offers paid hands-on training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, tuition assistance, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k).

• Understands and promotes client rights
• Performs client services in accordance with the plan of care and Agency policy

• Reports changes in the client’s condition and needs to the supervisor
• Participates in all required orientation, training, competency and in-service programs as scheduled and necessary per Agency policy
• Is available for and participates in the supervisory visits per Agency direction
• Participates in coordination of client care, as required

Job description

The Attendant is a person specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of care to the IHSS client in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of qualified Agency personnel/Agency’s Licensed Health Care Professional. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and/or the IHSS Clinical Program Manager.

Pay Range: $12.00 - $20.00 / hour
