Job Description

Role Responsibilities
  • Attendance Management—manage school attendance process and maintain records; partner with students, staff and parents to ensure daily attendance; train teachers on procedures; input data into the Student Information System; document changes, correct data, and complete audits; communicate reporting to staff; indicate at‑risk students; participate in weekly attendance check‑in meetings.
  • Student Data & PEIMS Compliance—audit and correct student data in the SIS; complete Public Education Information Management System reporting; generate and review reports; manage requests for records through TREx; enter and update master and student schedules in SIS; determine eligibility for programs and ensure correct documentation; run grade verification reports and print progress reports and report cards.
  • Enrollment & Documentation—verify full enrollment and correct data in registration packets and SIS; collect required enrollment documents; set up, manage, and audit student folders; accept transfer requests and coordinate with other schools; handle external student document requests; track leaver information and hold withdrawal meetings; prepare transcripts and provide proof of enrollment.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to move about inside and outside the school during the workday.
  • Attend conferences, meetings and training both virtually and in person within the region.

  • Reports to the school site Monday‑Friday.
