Job summary

Oasis Academy Immingham is seeking an Attendance, Family Liaison & Admissions Officer to lead daily attendance monitoring, work with families and staff, and manage admissions and pupil records. You will analyse attendance data to drive improvements while upholding safeguarding standards.

You will engage with students, families and external partners, coordinating attendance panels and ensuring timely interventions. A proactive, data-driven approach and IT proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and data management skills.
  • Understands attendance legislation and safeguarding requirements.
  • Experience with children, families and schools.

Responsibilities
